Home visits or rent a space for therapeutic work?

I'm currently retraining in physio. I could easily do home visits to clients or I could work from a unit, I don't want to work from my own home. Which would you recommend please? I won't necessarily know my clients, so I'm wary of going t9 strangers' houses, but also I'd rather avoid losing a lot of income on rent. It would be useful to know your opinions and experience. Thanks

A combination, there's a fair chance that some of your clients won't be able to get to your location.

NHS physios are in demand (nothing new) and people who might normally wait for a community physio might go private.

I would hire somewhere. I know some gyms have rooms they hire, could this be an option?

Rent somewhere or you will need to factor travel time into your fees. You might see 2 people an hour in premises but due to travel only be able to do one home visit. (Just an example obviously!)
