Illustrator for social media posts?

Hi, im setting up my business in a few weeks and was just wondering if anyone would advise that i learn Adobe Illustrator for my social media posts? I've tried to learn how to use it in the past but found it really time consuming and difficult, would Canva or something similar be sufficient?

Canva Pro is probably fine for most basic things. If you wanted to take it to the next level you could learn Photoshop but I don't think it's necessary for most people

I use canva pro for business social media posts and it’s brilliant. Not all hard to learn either. £99 for 12 months and worth every penny. I usually create one design then resize and copy to the other formats, as all platforms use different sized images.
