Hi,
I recently started a small family business which is doing just ‘ok’ and I really feel it would boost massively if I had a social media expert or someone to run the social media pages for me. I understand organic growth is the way to go but I am absolutely useless with social media, posts, videos and reels! And don’t want things to look unprofessional.

How do I go about hiring someone? I don’t want to put the job on indeed and hire just anybody that I don’t know but I don’t know where else to go or how to find someone?

also who’s your target audience? When it comes to social media, it’s more useful to choose the ones your audience uses and just ignore the others, rather than driving yourself crazy trying to do everything.

oh! And what is your business?

LinkedIn. It’s full of people who do this sort of thing. I got my LinkedIn marketer from there and they are great. Not cheap though.

I've recently used fiverr for the first time. Freelancers from around the world advertise on there. You can check reviews, history, etc.
