ISO accreditation

Late night musings.

If I bought a company which has gone into liquidation with an ISO registration, would the accreditation still stand?

I'm going round and round in circles with reading on the internet.

See Global ISO Register and in particular the part that says:

Termination

4.1

The Membership shall automatically cease if the Member:

i) Fails to pay the annual subscription fee in force within 30 days of a reminder notice in respect of that sum being sent out by the ISO Register

ii) Goes into liquidation or becomes bankrupt

I would also suggest speaking with the Certification Body for confirmation if this is the case in your situation.
