work in the family business (it’s me and hubby) and it’s all a bit relentless and goes deep into my evenings and weekends and I’m fed up. So I’m trying to simplify and outsource some aspects of my job, such as outsourcing IT support, which up to now I’ve been doing myself.
There are 7 of us in the team, we are London based. Our IT needs are occasional so I don’t need (and can’t afford) a £300/month contract), but I would like to find a go-to person for things such as setting up new starters, unblocking the odd niggle, and occasional advice on how best to manage growing needs. I thought I had found one, came highly recommended, great initial chat, but it’s been 3 weeks and despite a few holding emails, he’s not getting back to me so I don’t even know his rates.
There are heaps of adverts on Google obviously, but where do I start and I’d love a personal recommendation to help me sift through…
