Anyone else in the planning stages of their business?

I'm just starting out on a very small enterprise (think hobby into business). There are many things I need to do first (much sourcing required for items and things like packaging for example) before I am ready to launch. Creative input is also required (as with many businesses). Luckily, not much financial investment is required. I'm finding that it is easy to get bogged down with detail. Sourcing cannot be rushed in this instance. I aim to launch around March next year.
Anyone else in the initial stages of launching their own thing? It would just be good to hear from others who are working toward something. It's not like going to work where you have others to bounce ideas off (currently a sahm).

Don't know if my idea will work but it has been interesting putting it all together. And I suppose at the very least, my brain has been engaged in doing something/a project.

I'm always a rapid launcher! I'm too impatient. I started making vest tops on maternity leave when my son was 4 months and I launched a small business. I stopped it for a while but just resumed now.
What's your business area?

Top secret doadeer but it involves buying and reselling, so sourcing is important. Small profit margin but I feel I need a project for me. I've decided I need a portfolio approach to life as I have 3 dc, also hoping to do some voluntary work. Not sure how any of it is going to pan out yet. Right now, I feel bogged down with day to day stuff - have a pre-schooler at home and she is my priority right now as time flies and she will be off to pre-school etc. soon enough.

Anyone else turning a hobby into a business/business related?
I'm not 'making' with this and dependent on the supply of certain items, which others are also on the look out for, trying to remain calm and telling myself this is a hobby business it is meant to be fun!
I am sahm and with the current climate and not skill base as such, looking for work over the next couple of years isn't going to be easy, so alongside doing some charity work and developing an ongoing project...my hobby business will be my other project. I feel I need to do something to boost my self esteem (so hoping I can make it work).
