Bright Spark slings

Hi. Just wondering if anyone's got a phone number for Bright Spark slings. I ordered a peerie pouch over two weeks ago, got confirmation of order and since then nothing. No pouch and no response to the several emails I've sent them. Can't find a phone number anywhere on the site, just email addresses and a postal address for returns. Am getting a bit fed up with it. And yes, they've taken the money.

hi, i'm having probs with them too. i ordered a coorie and a peerie, the coorie arrived about 6 weeks after i'd ordered it (no response to my emails asking about the status of the order), there was a note in the package sayingthe peerie would follow.

i decided i didn't want the peerie anymore so emailed them to ask if they could cancel the backordered peerie - this was a month ago, i've had no response, no peerie and no refund.

not that impressed really. plus, to top it all off, my baby hates the coorie. typical.

I think they've closed down, actually. I did eventually find a mobile number for her after searching for the postal address and calling another company based there! I'll try to find it and post it.

I did get my peerie in the end and with lots of apologies, but the woman said she was emigrating two weeks later (although they still sent lots of recommendation cards to pass on to people with the pouch!). It didn't fit and I got a replacement in time but my daughter doesn't like it either and I haven't tried for a refund as it was such a hassle. Now I see the coories are on sale everywhere so I guess they've stopped production. It is a shame. Hope you get a refund.

Yangymac, what size peerie did you want? I have a size 3 Sofia one (stripey), if that's what you're after I'm happy to sell it, just let me know. I have sold some thins on another mums board and can point you to feedback for reassurance!

I ordered a coorie from them on 16th Nov '10, had an order confirmation and they've taken the money but no pouch and no response to my emails. I paid with paypal and saw that there was this number for brightsparks: 01968 678 941 but the line is dead! When did they close down if they took my order in Nov? (and money fgs) Does anyone know if I can get a refund through paypal?

HI, Purchased a brightsparks coorie. I have had problems with this company. Had to return a sling but didnt recieve any replacment. It tock quite a while to get in contact, no numbers are in use, but she does use her email address which can be found with order confirmation, but still it still tcok several emails to her for her to respond. She stated she hadnt recieved any returns from me, luckly i have send recorded delivery and had proof that she was in reciept of my return and had paid via paypal so could claim be payment back with them. But beware she does try her best to advoid returns or refunds. Also product isnt that great, the design is good and practical with a newborn but the fleece is a little too much for little one. You can get similar slings with much nicer material.
