Peanut shell sling/baba sling= help!

I'm thinking of getting one of these- if I can find one. Im not keen on a wrap slings. I just dont feel brave/ confident enough.

Does anyone have one? What are your thoughts?

I really only want it for home for babe from birth so I have my hands free to look on mumsnet tidy and sort all the washing out.

I have just looked at the babasling, looks good too.

Too much choice= help please!

P.S looked through the archives seen the one advertised for £12 but think L/Xl will be too big for me- am gutted would of solved all my problems!

ive got a large one ,it doesnt fit me though and im not exactely huge (size 16),so i think thier sizes are not very generous . Ive also got a fleece one that is exactely the same as the peanut shell in black ,if you wanted to try one i would happily post it to you and then if it wasnt for you ,just send it back to me

You can often find the babsling in TXMAXX at reduced cost and they sometimes have others - worth a look.

I use the BabaSling and its really good. Been so useful for in the house so you'll find it perfect.

I have the baba sling and think it's brill, really easy to use, I can wear it in the car (minus baby) and slip baby easily in for school run, shopping etc. My son is 5 mths old and is sitting up in it now, he loves it also!!
