If it’s DofE Gold it’s a nightmare! Go into Go Outdoors and try loads for the best fit. Don’t rely on the ones provided. Loads dropped out in DS’s group. Honestly, the bag is so heavy it needs to be a good fit. I was very proud of DS sticking it out til the end.
