Baby carrier recommendations please?

Hi,

I'm looking to get a baby carrier for my 4 month old. I've been scaling the net - Amazon etc but there's so many, it's so hard to choose! Also the prices are so varied. I'd need it for going on long walks, holidays and just general out and about times. Does anyone have a recommendation? Thanks

I’d recommend a Tula every time!
We got a standard size, and used it for both DCs.
DS was a scrawny little thing so didn’t fit without the newborn insert until about 7 months, but the website says that around 4 months is when most babies can be safely in there without an insert.
They last ages too! My dd is 3 and has only just outgrown the Tula height-wise. She’s still well within the weight limit (40lbs I think for the standard size!).
We are now debating whether to invest in the toddler sized one
They aren’t cheap, we paid around £90 for ours, but it’s well worth it. A strong, comfortable carrier that stands the test of time. If that’s out of your price range, there’s always Tulas going second hand on sling selling sites on Facebook and eBay

Thanks for that. I looked on their website - they've got some brilliant designs too! Tula cropped up a lot when I was researching carriers so I will definitely look into getting one.
