Action baby carrier or connecta?

My friend look at these for her baby. Which is better please?

They're very similar really - both can be worn on back or front and you cross over the straps behind you when wearing on the front.

I hired both to try and went on to buy the connecta, mostly because it has an unpadded waist, so folds up smaller and I'm using it for my toddler who walks most of the time. Some people find it less comfortable though. I'd recommend trying them first at a sling library or postal rental (its a sling thing). Or get a connecta and then change if she doesn't get on with it, as they have good resale value.
