Newborn and close caboo

Any tips on getting a newborn into this carrier on your own? Video shows a one-handed hold while you put their legs through the straps. How the hell do you do this with a floppy 4 week old??

i found it tricky tbh but got easier around 6 weeks when ds felt less fragile, just tool lots of practice. keep trying as was worth it in the end.
