We have been given a MacPac but I am only 5:2 and find it v long for my back.
These look v light and short... My dd is 6mo.
Any experiences of this pack?
Thanks.

Is there a reason you want that type of carrier rather than a buckle carrier like the Manduca, Ergo, Boba 4g etc?

This type of carrier holds the child further away from your body than the ones I mention above - which makes them feel a lot heavier.

With DD1 we had a little life (not sure which one. Voyager?) we did use it a fair but and liked it. However with DD2 I've bought a Manduca. Tbh I didn't even know that Manduca/Ergos etc even existed with Dd1. Take up much less room and still do the trick!

Have you tried the vaude? I hated the little life ones when I tried them, just felt all wrong every which way, on me. I tried on most of them and liked the vaude best, a little taller than you but not much, back length is adjustable.
