Which sling for 1 year old?

Just looking for a bit of advice about which sling to go for - unfortunately I can't get to a sling meet so going to have to order online and hope! I used a hugabub stretchy wrap sling when she was smaller till she was about 8/9 months but looking for something to last the next year or two now.

I want something that I can get on and off quickly for nipping to shops etc but also something that I can keep her in for a bit longer for days out and about. I liked the idea of the scootababy as I carry her on my hip a lot anyway. Also possibly the ergo? I had no idea there was so much choice and feeling a bit flummoxed by it all! Any advice - def don't want a wrap sling or anything which takes time to put on as that was what always discouraged me from using my hugabub.

Personally, I think that you want two different things - a ring sling for up/down situations as then you get the hip carry and with practice you need no adjustment at all. And a meitai/ half buckle for longer carries as you'll want to get her on your back, and as you are planning to carry long term you need the support of the long straps. And they are v fast to get the child into once you get the hang of them
