Backcarry in a Mei Tai

I finally got DD to fall asleep in a Mei Tai MNS design and its so lovely but her head is not supported in any way and falls from one side to the other or backward IYSWIM. I've tried pulling it up more and tightening it more once shes asleep but doesn't really help. Any suggestions?

hmm does it not have any kind of a head support?
i used to use a babyhawk/toddlerhawk and the headrest bit on that was fine for keeping the head supported.

There is a bit that you can fold up or down, think its meant for newborns but even with that up it only reaches up to her neck.

try using a pashmina. If you have it going diagonally across your back then tie off in front. Check in the mirror that baby got some air way.
