Piggy back carrier thingy identification required

We were walking in the Lake District a few months ago, and this guy walked past with a toddler in a carrier, and the carrier had a kind of board/ footrest component at the bottom. Meaning that the kid could get up on parents back, stand on foot rest and hang onto straps, so not a carrier in the traditional sense, but a sort of piggy back device. Would anyone know what this could have been? It looked really cool, and I want one for when ds is bigger. Kicking myself for not having asked! Would be so very grateful for help. Google isn't working for this.

Sorry. I can't help, but it sounds awesome so I am marking my place.

Think I saw something like this in the JoJo Maman Bebe catalogue. Worth a look online perhaps ?

A little life carrier? Did it look like a rucksack?
