Best sling/ carrier for bad back?

I've been using and loving the Moby until now (DD now 3 months) but the weight seems to be causing me ever increasing back pain. Any recommendations on anything with top rate back support much appreciated.

I tend to carry DD at times she needs a nap so inward facing function more important than outward.

TIA

Forward facing would be disastrous for your back, so definitely don't consider that as an option!! Rose and Rebellion tend to suit people with back problems as you take baby's weight on your hips more than back, however you really need to try before you buy to see what suits you, do you have a local sling meet or sling library you can get to? :)

I would rate the ergo, boba and Manduca above rose and rebellion personally as find the latter can bag out on the waistband, and is quite narrow so only suits smaller babies. But different things suit different people...if you like the fabric feel of the moby you might find a woven wrap works. Unless you have a really big baby, tying tighter might also help for a while.

Are of near a sling library or sling meet? Trying in person is the best way if you possibly can
