8m+ sling advice

Evenin' all...

I used a Bjorn with DS1. Hated it. DS2 is 8.5m and I'm still using my close carrier, which I'm still finding comfy and still love. I'm aware that we may be coming to the end of its run though, so wondered what I might be best to move on to?

I don't much like the idea of structured thanks to my Bjorn-trauma but am prepared to be proved wrong! DS1 is 3 so I shouldn't need very extended use and I'm quite happy with a front carry.

I loved my connecta.

A woven wrap is (I think) the comfiest way to wear my DS (17 months but 91st centile), however I also have a Rose and Rebellion which is excellent and still gets used a lot - DH won't wrap but loves the R&R, I prefer the wrap but if it's just for a quick up and down, I'd still use the R&R as it can take a bit longer to wrap DS.
