I've had a look on google and you can buy them direct from Germany - here:

www.suseskinder.de/epages/62812639.sf/de_DE/?ObjectPath=/Shops/62812639/Categories/Assortment

If you use google chrome it will translate to english for you.

They look great, wish I'd known about them when DD was small, but they are expensive.

The poncho isn't on that site though :(

But it does say to contact them, either by phone or email to enquire about this poncho -

"or questions about this product, please contact our customer service by calling 08456-96113 or send an email to [email protected]"

It might be worth dropping them an email or phone as it is a UK number.

Or you could try www.thebabywearer.com and they may know where you can get one from.

Oh don't, please don't. I know it seems like a good idea but in the flesh they are the ugliest garment! A woman near me has two or three - I've seen her wearing them week in, week out for three years whilst slinging her youngest. I know they're practical. But LORD! They are UGLY!

I made mine and it was awesome. I bought a wool poncho I liked cut a hole in, hemmed it and sewed on a hood Smile

But northern, thing is, I will have to choose between carrying my baby and being warm in winter otherwise :(

Thanks UKsky I will call.

honeydragon you are obviously much cleverer than me, no way could I do that! Would probably cut the hole on the wrong place or something!
