12 week old fighting against moby

Do I give in and try a different sling. I love it but baby has decidedly gone off it. She is only tiny so ave her in the newborn hug hold position but whereas previously she would just seep she now fights against the wrap and pushes away from me. She eventually settled this morning once she forced her head up and out but then the cold wind was in her face.

Any suggestions?

How much fabric have you got on her head (from you saying she forced her head up and out). A lot of babies don't like fabric on their head if they aren't sleeping in my experience. Can you make sure you pull plenty of the top layer up by her neck to support it but don't have any fabric on her head at all? As long as you get it all high and tight you should be able to support her head without putting the crosses on top

DD2 did the exact same thing when she hit 3 months. We ditched the Moby and got out our Babyhawk, which she much preferred

Will check out babyhawk

I generally uncover her head when she starts to make a move to escape! She is always wearing a het though...

Recently have been trying to let her have head space but it's tricky as very cold and windy and her neck strength is obviously limited.

my 13wo is the same - I don't have his head in the fabric as he has good neck control now ( but he'd only ever like that when he was asleep anyway) but he used to love the moby - fall asleep almost instantly in it - but now he kicks and scratches me and screams. He hates the pushchair too so I don't know how to get out the house with him - will look into the babyhawk option. Sorry I don't have any advice but just wanted to say thanks for posting!

Just to add that he likes it again now-just hated it for a few days (thank goodness!) so it may just be a phase for you too, if you're lucky.
