Anyone dealt with The Natural Connection before?

My friend from work has said she wants a BabyHawk carrier for her second baby, (who's now about 4 wks) we have a collection of over £100, and I was thinking a gift voucher for this company might be an idea. Has anyone bought from them before? Can you tell me if they are a good reliable seller, or is there anyone else you know of that does gift vouchers etc?

I have bought from Natural Connection a couple of times. Things nearly always arrive the next day (unless ordered very late in the day). Great customer service.
