Ring Slings, a few questions

Hi,

I'm heading off to the in laws at xmas and I'm breastfeeding. I don't really want to flash my boobs at them all and was going to buy a breast feeding apron. But someone mentioned that they breastfed in a ring sling and I was wondering how everyone found the experience and if so, should I invest.

I have a wrap sling which I love to bits so it wouldn't be too much of a stretch to buy another one would it.

Any recomendations on what to go for would help as well.

Thanks!!

Can't help - sorry :)

However, go on the NaturalMamas forum and ask there - you'll be inundated with replies Grin

I would guess you can probably feed in the wrap as well :)

I have fed in my lightly padded maya ring sling - not exactly elegantly, but it works! I couldn't manage it in the moby (huuuge norks) but can do it in the ring sling. Do need one hand - but have walked around while feeding, which is ace. DS loves the sling for the kangaroo carry position (4months old) as he can face out and nosey at the world.

I fed in a rs, and found it easy - could walk around the supermarket and no one any the wiser
