how secure is the ellaroo ring sling?

Can anyone tell me how secure the Ellaroo ring sling is? I am sorely tempted to get one as they look so gorgeous, but it doesn't appear to be as secure as something like a Moby Wrap. I'm worried that the fabric might slip through the ring.

We want it so that we can be a bit more "hands-free" around the house, so it will be a bit pointless if we are using it without feeling like we can let the baby go.

Any opinions/ recommendations? Thanks!

Ellaroo are great, my DH used ours for months while I used a bebe, It won't be long now that I'll return to the ellaroo too as LO is not so little anymore and it's much more comfortable.
