I'm six weeks into my Slimming World 'journey' and doing great (just got my one stone award). I tend to cook most of my food from scratch and dont eat much overly processed food (I'm not that strict but just used to cooking from scratch). One thing I'm missing in slimming world is sugar. I like the Hi Fi bars and have one (or two!) most days but I want to make some lollies made with fat free yogurt and fruit but I want some extra sweetness and thought about barista syrups and flavoured things for adding to puddings, breakfast I see advertised online might be good. Anyone recommend any that are 'better' than the others. I might try bananas too but havent had enough ripe ones to do that.
