Has anyone tried Slimming World Fast Forward when weight loss stalls?

Has anyone tried Slimming world fast forward plan? Weight loss has stalled completely and think I need a boost.

I've never heard of it. Is it the SP plan where you eat speed and protein and restrict syns/swips?

I've tried it. It's hard but really does make you realise where you've been 'going wrong' on the main plan, such as overeating, not having enough speed etc. It also gives a really good weight loss generally but then the following week it's normal to maintain or gain a little. But yeah. As a Kickstart it's OK.
Just to point out I don't do SW anymore and totally blame it for my disordered eating these days, but you do you! 😊

When you stall, its back to basics and speed days
