Anyone lost big amounts but still need to loose more but stuck?

I have lost 10stone on SW and still around 4 or 5 stone to go but for around a year maybe more I am stuck I loose a few pounds then gain over and over again..
I really dont know what to do to help me get going on the loss again.
Anyone been in this boat and have any ideas?

Do you track on a paper diary? Do you have SP days very often? And do you stay to meetings?

I use the app to track, Never had much success with the SP days and a result worth the lack of carbs and yes I help weigh at my group and always stay to meetings.

I hate to say it, but you have to cut the carbs from now on in :(

I use bread as allowed as the HEB, and keep spuds, pasta and rice to small portions

I fill up instead on proteins , I make a lot of lentil dishes tbh - free and filling

I had the same thought and have tried that this week, Weigh day tomorrow but think I will have a gain as TOM is due.
But hopefully it might be enough to get me going again!

I forgot to come back an update!
I weighed on Thursday after having a week of less carbs and lost 3.5lbs so definitely think this is the way for me now!

It really is the only way

SW say spuds, pasta and rice are free - ie not weighed - but that only works for bigger people .

When I started at 11.5 stone, half a bag of pasta was normal for me - with oil and cheese

Obviously as the weight decreased I noticed the weeks I had the huge pile of pasta - I STS or gained, now I eat a normal size portion

But that's what SW is about, setting the guidelines and letting you work it out

Cos if you went on a "diet" and got told nope, you cant have, its not going to last.. SW says fill your boots, and slowly over time your eating habits change , changes which will last , which become second nature and you keep the weight off

Well its working for me ( says she's who's been hanging all day and has totally carbed out ) but tomorrow - back on plan
