So, I'm new to SW and trying to do it myself from home. I live rurally and no local groups etc.
I've been experimenting with new recipes and want to ask about these little turkey burgers I've been making in the airfryer (with no oil).
Ingredients are:

Lean minced turkey (2% fat is the leanest available).
Handful each of fresh chopped parsley and coriander
Bit of chopped onion
Sprinkle of cumin and sprinkle of paprika.

I tend to eat them with reduced fat humous and salad.

Do these sound SW friendly? Any idea of syns?

Oh and they're a bit dry in the middle, so any tips on making them less so would be really helpful :)

There's a no syn turkey burger recipe on the app, makes 4. Never tried it myself.

Sound syn free. I'd add an egg to bind it which will keep it moist.

Any reviews on how these turned out?

I would suggest adding egg and maybe spices. Ginette

I absolutely love these. I add fresh chilli’s or chilli flakes
