Bread

Shop bought white bread has an ingredients list as long as your arm. When I make sourdough bread I literally use flour and water (my starter is made of flour and water too). So how do I work out Syns for it? I cook and bake from scratch a lot and I'm finding it hard to figure out how to track it unless I know it's all free.

I think you’d either have to weigh how much flour you use and work out the syns for that then split over the slices and/or weigh your slices and look on the app for sourdough and use an approximation? Is it wholemeal or white ? I don’t have the app at the moment tho to help further

I agree with pp syn the flour then divide by how many portions of bread you’ve made

if you check the app it will give you syn values
