I eat everything from the free lists and add use my HEA 's for Greek fat free yoghurt and the other is split between milk ( I take one coffee a day if that ) and low fat cheese triangles which I will use instead of butter - in a jacket spud for example, or as the base of a creamy sauce

HEB will be bread - wholemeal - two slices , which I might eat as bread or invariably be breadcrumbs for making a stuffing or a coating

Its very rare that I need to syn any meals and if I do my meal planning I eat plenty so Im not wanting snacks

Free foods and speed foods mainly. No need to count syns because if you stick to the plan it just works. Do you stay to meetings?

You are correct, fat free Greek yoghurt is not HexA, but free. HexA, is milk / cheese.

I usually have the following: for breakfast : quark with 20g oats (1/2 HexB), some strawberries / blueberries, 1 teaspoon of chia seeds (0.5 syn)
Mid morning : 1 apple and 1 slice of scan bran cake (1 syn)
Lunch: can be a big salad (spinach, tomatoes, chickpeas, roasted butternut squash with balsamic vinegar), a fat free yoghurt. Sometimes a rich tea after.
In the winter, it will usually be a chunky soup with lots of veggies.
Dinner: spaghetti bolognaise with 30g cheddar (pasta is wholemeal) with 1/3 speed :-) tomatoes, lettuce & cucumber. A fat free yoghurt.
After : hot chocolate with 250ml ss milk (2nd HexA), and a hifi bar, or often the ones from the pound shop. I may have a few cashew nuts (5 for 2 syns). I would have protein after my walks too.
