Hi just started slimming world a few days ago currently going it alone until I hear back from my GP about my referral, I’m trying to work out how many syns I’ve had and how many I’ve got left before deciding on dinner, for breakfast I had a pack of those oat so simple sachets the plain one where u fill milk up to the line in the pack, unsure how much milk as u only fill to the line inside the sachet the milk was full fat as I have a toddler u had the porridge as a healthy extra but can it still be considered that with full fat milk?? I had it with strawberries and a banana, for lunch I had Asda basmati micro rice with veg and schwartz curry powder I haven’t had dinner yet waiting to see what the syns are before deciding
