Any other target members gone way overboard at Christmas?

I only reached my target a month ago! Weighed in at 9st 7lbs on 18th December, which is bang on target. I've just weighed myself and I'm now 9st 12! And that was without clothes too, so it would be more if I was weighing in at SW. Luckily I only have to lose a couple of pounds to get back into target range, but I am a bit horrified with myself Blush

Don't be too hard on yourself, it's Christmas and probably 99% of the country will have put a few pounds on!
It's only an issue if you think "stuff it" and carry on eating the leftover mince pies and chocolates. Draw a line, get back on plan, and you will soon be at target again.

At my group yesterday morning, the total loss was ....3lbs!! Total gain 44lbs!! (The loss WASNT me, btw 🤣)
It was Christmas, cut yourself some slack. You've proved you can do it, so you'll do it again.
You've got this!!

Just weighed in and biggest gain at group was 11 pounds!! As the consultant said you can't change that, but you can plan and change what you do in the weeks ahead.

11lbs is a good Christmas, I'd say!
But as you say, it's in the past. My line is drawn, it's onwards and upwards (or should that be downwards??!!!)
