So first of all, I've been a member of SW in the past. I loved the diet and was the healthiest and most in control I've ever been!
But then I had my son and my marriage broke down and thjngs have changed. C'est la vie!
I've been calorie counting at home and find it much more suitable for my life and budget. As much as I advocate SW, I fall of the wagon because I don't have the money to buy everything fresh or I just don't have the time to prep. I've found it easier to be healthy by calorie counting.
But the thing is that those in person weigh ins really motivate me. I can't stay on track and I feel like maybe jointing again but following CC?
Has anyone done this before? I feel like a fraud in doing so! I know both diets work, but I just need those weekly goes to keep me going!
