Shop bought frozen chips that are low in syns?

Hi all. As I explained on my noodles thread Grin, I am going to be joining SW in the next week or two after my holiday. I just have a question to ask in the meantime, as I obviously don't yet have the information.
My question is about chips. I've read that you can do SW chips in the air-fryer, but is there a no-effort alternative that you can bung in the oven?
And while we're on the topic, what's your favourite easy SW oven dinner?

Iceland do some syn free frozen chips but there's not much effort in chopping up some spuds!

It's all relative after a busy day at work!
Thanks for the Iceland tip.

Aldi used to but I haven’t seen them in my local small branch for a while- maybe still in bigger branches though.
When I make them I literally chop a baking potato into slices and bung them in the air fryer with spray oil and salt. MAYBE rinse the raw potatoes on high days and holidays.

Iceland do a slimming world range, but we don’t have one near us.
I just chop up some spuds, spray with fry light, sprinkle some all purpose seasoning or mixed herbs on and bung them in the oven.

There’s some really great slimming world recipes and low sun ordinary meals that we would eat anyway. The favourites in my house:
Gammon, new potatoes, eggs, mushrooms and tomatoes.
Soy salmon with broccoli and rice.
Simple chicken shwarma.
Cheeseburger pasta bake.

Best of luck on your SW journey. I started at the beginning of the year and have reached my target of losing 2 stone. It’s worked really well for me and has genuinely changed my attitude to food.

They're just potato and salt. You even have to add your own spray of oil to them.

There's zero difference between those in terms of carbohydrate than any cheap bag of frozen chips (ie, the ones that are just potato and not wheat/batter covered) or a potato sliced up and chucked into the oven with the same spray.
