I've decided to try SW it's been a few years since I've done it and I was wondering if much has changed?

I got 15 syns a day before I assume that will still be the same?

I vaguely remember crumpets being free although I think it was only Warburtons ones is this still the case?

Do I get 2 healthy A's and 1 B a day?

Is there anything else I need to know. The book I have is a bit old not sure all the syns will be the same but there isn't a group near me anymore

Thanks for all the help

I think the number of syns depends on starting weight? My brother got more than me and he was about 5 stone heavier. I had 15 though. Still 2 A's and 1 B, can't see crumpets in the B list, just 1 wholemeal English muffin (65g).

Eh? Crumpets can be syn free but only warburtons? Presumably a nice little advertising tie up between SW and warburtons, unless warburtons have a magic non calorie flour that no one knows about...

Crumpets were a free food on WW No Count but have never been free on SW.

Same a Muller Light but no other yoghurts. Although I don't think they're free anymore?

The whole slimming world concept is completely alien. No foods are free, they all have calories. SW just tricks you into a calorie deficit without teaching you how or why. That way you have to follow the "plan" for life and they get to keep taking your money. Much better to just learn about food/nutrition/macros so you can eat whatever you want, as long as it's in a caloric deficit 🤷🏻
