As title, lost 45.5lbs with SW, slowly took eye off the ball and have gained 16.5lbs back. Gutted. so back to it.
Also anyone know if freekah is a free grain. Can't see it in my food optimising book, have googled and it seems people say it is free like rice if you cook it from scratch it isn't precooked and mixed with oil in a packed and it isn't ground and used like flour. Anyone know for sure?
