Weird thread title couldn't think how to word it!

is anyone doing a super healthy version of SW? by which I mean - for example - no low fat stuff, no frylight, but using syns on real greek yogurt and olive oil instead. Also I know pasta and rice is unlimited but I'm still weighing mine to keep portion size under control.

is anyone else doing similar? :)

Yes me, I've cut all sugar and sweetners and don't use fry light and just syn spray olive oil.
The only thing I use fat free is Greek yogurt but only because I don't like the full fat version.
I tend to use my heb on either nuts or a slice of sourdough (not strictly allowed I know)

ooh thank you for replying!

yes I don't use sweetener either. sugar - I have a square of dark chocolate sometimes, maybe a chocolate biscuit - personally I could never give up sugar altogether long term so I'm hoping this is a happy medium for me.

yes I also use my heb for nuts on my porridge (I split my heb)

how are you finding it? have you been doing it long? I have my first weigh in soon. but it's my 3rd time on slimming world. first time going a bit rogue and trying it this way

I've been messing about with it for ages. I've only just cut all the sugar I'm only on day 6. I found that it was always sugar that tripped me up never anything else so I've just decided to go cold turkey. I've lost just over a stone since I started but I've been on and off for about a year Blush
Since cutting the sugar I've lost 5lbs. Obviously I won't lose that every week but it's given me a good boost!

good luck! We can do this :)
