Syn values help

I'm planning On rejoining on Thursday but wanted to start from Monday, so trying to do si meal planning .

Could anyone help with syn values for these MAggi cook in a bag sauces:

Piri piri
Meatballs
Mexican

Also the blue dragon black bean stir fry sauces ?

Peri peri is 4 syns for 27g
Mexican is 5.5 syns for 40g
Couldn't find meatball. Think that's for the whole pack.

Blue dragon for 120g is 7.5 syns.
