Maintaining

Hi guys, 👋🏻

Previously lost 4-5 stone on SW and had kept it off for 5 years however since having my little boy, I've put on 1.5 stone and I'm really keen not to get back to the size I was before following plan properly a few years ago.

I'm planning to rejoin group next week (haven't been for 4 years roughly) but keen to come up with a strategy for when I need to maintain in the future as realistically I struggle with the idea of following SW for 'the rest of my life' and just wish I was able to naturally eat in a more restrained way.

For those of you who have lost with SW, how do you maintain at your target weight and how long have you been at this weight for?

Many thanks in anticipation!

I've been at target for 18 months. I tend to wing it. Some weeks I good optimise if I want to lose and other weeks I have my cake or meal out without counting.

Been at my current target for over two years: I follow the target plan mentioned by PP.
Found that I don' t get away with much;some members do!
I still go to group every week.
