Used to do SW and considering joining again after having twins.
I really enjoy my morning porridge which I make with 1 tsp of desiccated coconut and 1 tsp flaked almonds.
Could anyone tell me the syns of those?
Wondering if I should change what I’m having as might be a lot of syns for breakfast.
Can’t decide whether to join online or just do it myself as I remember most things.
Anyone have any free breakfast ideas that are quick? I have 3 under 3 so everything is about saving time for me x x
