Hi a little bit confused, ha ha I'm the same, I'm still learning and need to get in all my a&b's I think but I'm trying to make sure no matter what I eat that I add some salad and/or veg with everything.
I really appreciated seeing what people are eating and am going to go and buy some mullerlights today.
I need to get some exercise in but it's catch 22 when feeling so fat. I think walking to start off with should help.

Arghh just had a working lunch during a meeting, no way to get out of it. So as well as my Weetabix I’ve had a tuna & mayo sandwich, 2 spring rolls as 3 biscuits. I did manage to avoid the cake though Confused

I’ll have my salad when I get home

It is pretty easy once you get your head round it littlehelp and if you arent sure about it just ask your consultant or come on here. I find it eadier now its not red day green days and extra easy etc.

Lol I need to read the options kinda started at lunch time as had toast and peanut butter for breakfast lol lunch was chicken peppers onion and spinach with spices lol

Thanks Confused.
Had museli (HEb) with yogurt for breakfast, a salad for lunch with some berries and planning some chicken and veg kebabs with a bit of savoury rice and salad for dinner. Making me hungry thinking about it!

Digdag i find mullerlights far too sweet (think I may be in the minority on that one) but a good alternative I've found is the Liberte 0% far with a fruit later at the bottom. The strawberry flavour are 1 Syn each but totally worth it for me. The yogurt is much thicker than mullers and don't taste overbearingly sweet!

I had a better afternoon and had chilli chicken (we recepie) with stacks of veg rather than rice, and a bowl full of fresh strawberries for pudding.

I also like the Liberte yogurts, I had the blueberry one yesterday which was lovely

ALittleBitConfused1 · 11/07/2018 06:05

I dont mind the muller lights i prefer natural yog though. Its lovely over a fruit salad.
Right im trying a sp day today.
If it goes ok im going to try and have 2 sp days a week.
Bet ill be starving by the end of the day.

I have the fat free Greek yougurts feom Aldi with a really small drizzle of honey on it. Much more filling than a ML yogurt

Ok I’m back on it again today. Porridge for breakfast and now a salad with baked pot and tuna for lunch
