Has anyone done this and how much have you lost?
I have the booklet and aim to do it for four weeks.
In total I have 45lbs to lose so would like to kick start my weight loss.
(I know you’re not recommended to do it for more than two weeks but if it works I will be continuing... it’s gotta be safer than some of those milkshake diets etc!)

I followed the Fast Forward plan a few years ago, when I got stuck and needed a boost: I lost seven pounds that week, and it got me to my then target.
However, it's only really for use in such circumstances, and new members regularly lose that amount and more in their first week anyway.
And now there's SP for a weight loss booster.
Fast forward is very restrictive, and there's really no need to deprive yourself.
If you attend a group, be guided by your Consultant.

I was going to ask the same thing. I thought it was part of the old plan and had been replaced by sp. Can't find anything on it.

Someone in my group did it for a week, she lost weight but it was very hard, very restrictive and she says she will never do it again. Try it but 4 weeks might be too much.
