What are you thinking of taking to the taster events for man of the year

Last time I got away with it as it was my first week but we're about 6 weeks on and just checked FB and its man of the year and a taster session this week. And ive got no clue what to take

Ha! That would be hilarious! I'm finding it ok. I got my stone award last week. I find my work days far easier than my days off, because I can plan better , and snack less! How about you?

Nice i got my 1.5 stone award! It's ok I'm quite big and had a couple 1lb losses ate more and lost 3 and 4lbs this week not eaten much and ive stalled again

Oh wow. That's very good going! I guess shifting smaller amounts each week is better for maintaining. How much do you have to lose in total (if you don't mind me asking) I have 2 1/2 stone to go.

Have you looked at the "two chubby cubs" site, they have lots of recipe ideas... I wonder if they have ideas for taster nights on their page.

Ive had a look and theres a few ideas!and theres pinch of nom. I think I'm going to do sausage rolls, free if using a HEB

And yeah it's been hard but its the start of a long journey. Who knows when I'm done I could be slimming world magazine worthy! Although I dont think I could be that public about my weight i dont know how They do it

Yep, 2 Weetabix, crushes up, 120g natural yoghurt (fat free), a table spoon of salted caramel flavouring, 2 beaten eggs. Me x together and then put in a silicon muffin tray for 6 and bake in 160 for 30 minutes. All 6 are a HE x
