I've got such a horrible cold and ear infection. I've had half a banana all day. If i have fish finger Cobs is that going to mess up my syns as I've only got a few syns for today.
I'm stressy and emotional and feel like yack.

Eat them. You're ill. You need comfort. If you're like me you'll just fixate on them. Just enjoy & get back on track tomorrow

You're ill, eat what you want to for as long as you need to. You're not going to get better on half a banana a day.

Enjoy.

My SW friends sometimes do a bit of tweaking and count their white bread as HE bread and don't forget the fish itself is free so you need only count the breading and any sauces as syns. If you do this too often you will find you don't lose weight but if you are sick and won't be eating much else you can get away with it.

What’s a cob??

FrozenMargarita17 · 19/03/2018 20:22

@NotUmbongoUnchained it's a bread roll isn't it?

NotUmbongoUnchained · 19/03/2018 20:23

Is it? No idea but this is the second thread about fish fingers I’m on so I’m off to make some Grin

Go for it. I go off plan when I am ill! The last thing I want to do is cook and count my syns. My best convenience food for when I am poorly is definitely a special chow mien from Chinese!
