Hey

I have just recently joined SW after a major blip in July (lost 8lbs in two weeks and gave up on the third) 👎🏻..

Anyway I am really trying to be good but have a leaving meal/night this weekend and I am stressed about eating out.. My first option was steak but wondered if anyone had Any advice on the choices below which I could have ? Not keen on fish 🙄

Menu below :

PAN SEARED SEA BREAM (GF)
crushed new potatoes with capers, asparagus spears + tomato fondue
ROAST BUTTERNUT SQUASH PATHIVIER
wilted spinach, toasted pinenuts, cauliflower cous cous, rocket oil
CHICKEN BREAST
stuffed with black haggis + wrapped in smoked streaky bacon, served with chive mashed potato, asparagus spears +whisky cream
SEAFOOD LINGUINI
PORK TOMAHAWK

The fish is probably the safest option... but if you don't like it, not really much point, lol.

Steak and swap the chips and onion rings for boiled potatoes and carrots (they have them in other items, so it shouldn't be any hassle to have them.) then just allow a whole load of syns for oil and butter.

Most other things are going to be huge amounts though, so it's your best option.

Or...tell them you're vegan and gluten free and see what they can do you, lol (I know someone that is, she usually ends up with a salad or a vegetable stir fry)

It's a total dread eating out when your trying to be good !

Thanks for that .. I might just try that.

I thought fish too.

Id say fish is probably the best option.

I would go with the steak, keep the tomatoes & mushroom & just ask them the swop the chips & onion rings for a big salad. You'll still have to add some suns for oil but it'll be tasty & fill you up.

What are the starters? I often eat 2 instead of a main.
