I lost two stones last year it seemed relative easy to be honest but now I've absolutely lost the plot in fact I just drank 4 glasses if wine are a walnut whip and an ice cream
How on earth do I pull it back?
I feel like I'm deliberately abusing myself.
Please someone motivate me to het back on tract I think I've got 3 stones to lose to be a normal bmi

Agree with PPs' suggestions.
If you attend a class, make sure that you stay for the meeting; if you just weigh and go, you really miss out on the group support, and it sounds as though you need that.
Think about your reasons for wanting to lose the weight, and focus on them.

Wipe the slate clean and start again. Try a couple of SP days as well to boost your weight loss and I can't stress this enough but get plenty of speed! When I do Extra Easy days, I always have 1/2 plate of vegetables, and the other 1/2 will be my protein and free food, or sometimes synned food depending on what I am having. The recommended speed on your plate is 1/3 (that is what SW says, but I lose weight better if I do 1/2 on the plate instead). Do not beat yourself up over it! We have all had off days and been off plan. I went over my syn allowance many times during my journey and it is still ongoing x

I've been the same. I'm ill and have been comfort eating. Just discovered the bags of chocolate raisins I've been scoffing have 38.5 syns per bag! For me, what helped was messaging my consultant and confessing I was struggling, then getting back to group. I did a meal plan and bought plenty of fruit and veg and I'm back on plan.

Have a think about why you want to lose weight and how you felt when you had lost before ?
I lost 3.5 stone and for me it was feeling good, my confidence increased, and being able to fit into my clothes comfortably !
I loved going shopping and buying size 16 or 14 instead of size 22 or 20 !
Then get into the zone and go for it !
I fell off the wagon last October and half heartedly have tried to stay on it but out on almost 1.5 stone, felt so crap at weekend looking for clothes, so Sunday I prepared and gone back on it ! I want to lose 1.5 stone and maintain over xmas and then 1.5 by may for my big 40th
I've stuck to it all week so really pleased. Good luck
