Hello,

I'm thinking of joining a new SW class that's started up near me, not been before, have about 1.5 stone to lose and really need to for health reasons. However, I am vegetarian, eat minimal eggs and cheese, and am allergic to Quorn.

Will there be a suitable food plan for me??

Thank you.

Vegan here. It can be difficult.
You have two healthy extras. HEXA can be plant milk.
Protein wise it can be annoying on SW and you'd have to prepared for lots of beans, lentils and pulses.
Tofu is also allowed but if you are allergic to quorn you probably can't have that.
I've found it easy to an extent as I love fruit and vegetables, but have a tendency to binge which is not the plans fault.
Syn wise (you get 15 - these are the more moderated foods) it can be v tedious for example bacon is free but olives, oils and avocados have v high syns.
It's doable - if I follow it i usually lose. I personally combine it with mfp for optimum success, but this does mean calorie counting/limiting.
Hope that answers your question a bit xx
