Have any of you ever tracked calories alongside SW?

I was just wondering how many approximate calories are taken in on an average SW day. I realise it's going to be a very loose and unscientific figure due to the free foods.
I'm researching several different diets at the moment, planning to start one in a couple of weeks. SW is currently my top choice, I'm just curious to know if intake tends to be on the low calorie side.

I went through a period of doing so. I was having about 1500-1600 calories a day when I was completely on plan.

I agree with Basin if you follow it properly it works out around 1600 cals a day. I find MFP best to track but SW the best plan to follow so use the two together.

I was the same, didn't like doing it but had the best losses at 1500 cals and below

Completely on plan between 900 to 1400 calories a day.

I tracked for a couple of days to get an idea and it came out as about 1700, considering I'm breastfeeding doesn't seem too bad.

Same here so i don't bother to track any more just stick to plan

No but I watch my sugar. I make sure I don't eat a lot of fat free yoghurt which has loads of sugar in it, especially Muller Lights

I joined slimming world 3 days ago but have been using mfp for a while beforehand so still tracking, I seem to be coming out at about 1,400 calories a day.

I do, it's habit though from previous dieting. If I stick to plan I eat 1500-1600 cals a day. Doing SP 1200-1300.

Do watch and limit my portion sizes with pasta/rice/noodles, as although they're "free" I could easily eat too many cals with them. Same with free yoghurts, especially muller lights.

Agree around 1400-1600 it's effectively why it works because it's a lower calorie diet. Syns are around 200-300 per day (20cal = 1 syn)
1200-1300 on food and 200-300 on syns.
