Pull it back tips

Hi all - I am a pound off my stone award, and I have completely self sabotaged this weekend. Fish & chips, McDonald's, ice cream. So annoyed with myself! 5 days to pull it back, asking for what you do when you need a super good week loss. Any tips or particular meals or recipes that seem to guarantee a loss for you? Hoping for a miracle! Thank you in advance.

Lots of water, fruit salad for breakfasts with speed like mango, protein and salad or steamed veggies, under 10 syns a day. I'm sure you'll be fine though!

Following... bad weekend. Wi on Fri and only half lb to target

Blazedandconfused · 27/08/2017 21:40

It's no problem. Egg salad, egg salad and more egg salad.

Lots of water. You'll be back on track in no time.

Thank you! I know superspeed soup can help but I don't think I can face it Envy some great tips here especially water as can be easy to forget! Halo

Don't beat yourself up, see if you can pull it back with lots of free and speed food, maybe only 5 syns a day, but otherwise, extend your target by a week. Life gets in the way sometimes, but you've done brilliantly so far and you will get to your target.

Keep syns on the low side, around 5 a day.
SP days, or an SP meal on a normal Extra Easy day.
2 scan bran a day.
Between- meal snacks to be Speed foods.
If having the suggested fruit salad for breakfast, bear in mind that mango is free, but not speed.

Oops - was meant to say melon for speed!

SP days did it for me when I came back from holiday. Drink loads of water and raw veggies instead of fruit for snacks
