So, 4 stone to loose...

That's the reality. No hiding, denying or avoiding.

Started SW (again) this morning, resolving to actually stick at it. The amount I need to shift has come as rather a shock, so I'm planning to keep that in mind when I want to give up.

Anyone out there with a similar amount to loose?

Ooooh hello, another SWer with 4 stones to lose. Jeez, I just said that out loud, didn't I? I'm now officially the heaviest I've been, not pregnant, so time to ring in the changes.

I did SW last year and lost about 1.5st and started to feel great, but life got in the way and I've put it back on, plus 2lbs. I 'm feeling utterly miserable in my own skin so spur of the moment, I found a class yesterday morning and rejoined. Brand new start and brand new focus.

I've never set a target before - it always seemed to far off, but I know lots of women who have lost significant amounts of weight and for the first time, it feels like I could actually achieve it. And, as silly as it sounds, now I know what I'm facing, and sometimes it's good to have a challenge.

So, I'm splitting this whopping loss into mini goals. I really, really want a great loss to get me going in the first week and then my first goal is a black-tie work event I have coming up in four weeks, and I'd LOVE to have lost a stone by then.

Good luck everyone!

When I started my journey, I had 5 stone to lose to get to my target weight. I started in April and I have lost 2 stone so far and that includes being off plan from time to time! You can do it. Just follow the plan 100% and stick at it! The pounds will melt off! Xx
