Syn help

Hi

I started Slimming world yesterday and I'm going out for a much awaited night out tonight and was wondering if I can use my syns for tomorrow in case I go over? Is that allowed?

You're not allowed to roll over syns from one day to the next, but one meal out shouldn't hurt. You could try and limit syns the rest of the week to just 5 or so.

On their website it does mention flexible sins. Which I think means if you go over your daily allowance you can reduce your next day syns down.

Also in my class there is a lady who actually has all her syns in one day, but has none the rest of the week. She been losing weight just fine.
Personally, I would try not use any syns until the meal and then i would enjoy my meal and start fresh again tomorrow.

Ok thank you all. I can pick free foods for the meal it's more the gin I was worried about!

You're not supposed to save syns but the way I see it you're still having the same amount of syns if you have them all in one night or spread them out.

The advice varies from consultant as one told us you have 105 for the week and she counts down from there for the week. Others say you should aim for 10 a day.

I would have your Gin but count it and then up the speed food and watch your syns over the rest of the week.
